Re-Application for Previous Players is OPEN You must have been previously accepted to Ariel while it was a formal game to use this form. Existing players may also use this for dropped characters. Please fill out the form below completely and post it here. With regards to Status Levels and returning characters: A character who has returned to the game after being dropped will start over at Level 1. However, after submitting two acceptable threads to Status AC, this character will regain the status level they had when they left the game. Some caveats: (1) The returning character must be played by the same player as before. (2) The returning character must retain memories of their original stay(s) in the City of Ariel. (3) After submitting these two threads to Status AC, only the character's original status level will be restored. No other rewards like a motorcycle or car. At this time, duplicate characters ARE allowed, but there's a catch; if the character you are applying for is currently listed on the Taken Characters page, then yours would be a duplicate. It does not matter if there's a medium difference, such as the many incarnation of Sherlock Holmes, or it's a cameo in another canon, such as Cloud Strife appearing in both the Final Fantasy series and the Kingdom Hearts series. If your character qualifies as a duplicate, then the Steward will contact the player of the existing character(s) to ask if they are okay with a duplicate application. If that player does not consent, then you will only be granted access as a former player if you wish it. If you are applying for access only, your character information will not be added to the Taken page, only on the Player Contact page. → OOC □ Name: Your name. It doesn't have to be your usual handle or your real name, but it must be the same handle used on your original application □ Contact: e-mail, AIM, etc. Sock accounts are fine. □ Journal: Personal journal; whichever journal you used on your original application in this field. □ Do you play anyone in Ariel?: List any characters you currently play in-game. □ Do you want to play in the sandbox or just have access to your old threads?: → IC □ Name: Your character's name. Please use the Western order of given name first, surname last. □ Journal: Your character journal. The one you played in the game with. □ Series: Your character's series. This isn't applicable if you're filling out the OC app and it isn't a fandom OC. □ First OOC month/year in game: This should be close to the date you used to list on the AC forms.
